Problem

For 12 years Homeservice has sold interior and entrance doors and PVC windows in Minsk: measuring, delivery and installation by partner fitters. The supplier catalogue holds over a thousand models, yet buyers don't arrive with a part number — they arrive asking "how much to replace the doors in my flat?". The site had to answer that question and turn it into an enquiry, instead of sending people off to hunt for a phone number.

Solution

  • A custom WordPress theme instead of a site builder: our own markup with full control over structure and speed, while managers edit content in a familiar admin
  • An Elporta door catalogue of 1,000+ models — interior, entrance, hardware — with BYN prices, colour and glass filters and search
  • A "Get a quote" quiz: five short questions — which doors, how many, installation or not, what's in the openings now, when — then contact details with a Viber or Telegram preference
  • SEO and AI search: a blog on choosing doors, a Q&A page and an llms.txt for ChatGPT and other assistants

Results

  • The quote form sits on the first screen: one click from landing to enquiry
  • Enquiries arrive qualified: door type, quantity, installation and timing are known before the call
  • AI-search ready: assistants get structured answers about the company, not scraps of markup
