Problem
A classic service-business pain: the administrator keeps the schedule in chat threads, clients forget appointments, and taking prepayments is awkward. We built a reference product that closes the full cycle: pick a service, pick a slot, pay, get reminded.
Solution
- A booking calendar aware of working hours, breaks and multiple specialists
- Prepayment via Stripe right in the chat — the slot is confirmed automatically
- Reminders a day and an hour ahead with "coming / reschedule" buttons — reschedules happen without the administrator
